DOVER STREET MARKET PARIS

Kiko Kostadinov SS24 Menswear and Womenswear collections, now available in Space 10. First

On May 24, 2024, Dover Street Market, the renowned concept store by Rei Kawakubo and Adrian Joffe, will finally open its doors in the Marais district of Paris.

Built in the 17th century and once home to the famous letter-writer Madame de Sévigné, the sublime Hôtel de Coulanges, located in the Marais on Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, is set to host the French version of Dover Street Market, opening on May 24, 2024. Founded twenty years ago in London by the Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo and her husband Adrian Joffe, the concept store has since expanded to New York, Singapore, Los Angeles, and in 2019 to Paris with a boutique dedicated entirely to perfumes, skincare, and makeup products. Parisians have eagerly awaited this French Dover Street Market, especially after the Hôtel de Coulanges was occupied for three years by 3537, a cultural and creative center run by the Joffe/Kawakubo duo. While the project promises to offer a fashion selection as bold as it is ultra-sophisticated, featuring brands like Prada, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, and Wales Bonner, the Parisian store will also support young designers and present exclusive creators in France. Alongside Denim Tears and Torisheju, surprising creations from the Swedish brand Hodakova, founded in 2021, and clothing from Dutch designer Duran Lantink will be available, reaffirming

Dover Street Market's commitment to supporting young fashion talents. True to its avant-garde DNA, the space is designed as an absolute dialogue between fashion, music, painting, sculpture, and all forms of art. This is exemplified by the installation "Comme des Garçons for and by Paolo Roversi" that will be featured during the store's inauguration.

The new Dover Street Market store will open its doors on May 24, 2024, at 35-27 Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 75004, Paris.
